  5.           1) Enter DOS Commands

  7.              Calls up the Mini Dos Menu

  9.           2) View ZIP File(s)

  11.              Allows the remote or local user to VIEW .ZIP files.  You
  12.              MUST include the FULL path and filename (Sample:
  13.              C:\WC30\UPLOADS\REMOTE5C.ZIP) This feature requires
  14.              PKUNZIP to be in your path.

  16.           3) Upload File(s)

  18.              This options speaks for itself.  You MUST have DSZ
  19.              (com/exe) in your path for this to work making sure that
  20.              the ZUP.BAT file is in the Remote Control Directory.

  22.           4) Create a Display File

  24.              Make Sure that the FILES.DAT file has been edited to fit
  25.              your needs.  You have up to 10 choices for this file and
  26.              you can use any or all 10, but there must be 10 lines in
  27.              the files.dat file even if 9 are blank lines.  The lines
  28.              MUSt be there.

  30.           5) Download Files

  32.              This feature will allow the remote sysop to download up
  33.              to 3 files at a time ( Zbatch), again the FULL path must
  34.              be included.  ZDOWN.BAT must be in the Remote Control
  35.              Directory.

  37.           6) View Text File(s)
  38.  
  39.              Allows the viewing of TEXT files, as well as ANSI
  40.              screens.  To abort viewing, simply hit the space bar.
  41.              Again, the FULL path must be included.

  45.              Display the Help.TXT file to the user.  It is best to
  46.              give a copy of this file to the user as it makes life a
  47.              little easier.

  50.           8) Edit A Display File

  52.              This feature ( when working ) will allow you to EDIT any
  53.              of the display files created with RC.  This feature
  54.              is still under construction.

  58.              This option returns the user back to the BBS

  63.           1) Display Directory

  65.              Allows the viewing of a directory.  The FULL path must
  66.              be included.

  68.           2) Copy Files
  69.  
  70.              Allows you to COPY files from Remote (default Upload
  71.              dir) to whatever directory you want.  Basic use is for
  72.              doors.  Let's say you upload a new DOOR program, and
  73.              want to install it from remote.  Using remote control
  74.              is going to be the easiest way to do it without
  75.              trouble.

  79.              The Name says it all.

  81.           4) Delete File(s)

  83.              This feature should not be taken litely as it could
  84.              cause trouble for the BBS.  Be careful whenever using
  85.              this feature.  The deleted files CANNOT be UNDELETED by
  86.              DOS or any other program!        ^^^^^^ ^^ ^^^^^^^^^

  88.           5) TYPE a File

  90.              The same as the View a Text file from the Main Menu.

  92.           6) MOVE File(s)

  94.              Allows you to MOVE files from one directory to
  95.              another, which DELETES the ORIGINAL FILES.

  99.              Allows the creatation of directories for installing
  100.              doors etc.

  104.              I installed this feature to allow the remote sysop to
  105.              see the harddrive structure, allowing him/her to better
  106.              plan directories.  This feature needs the DOS file
  107.              TREE.COM to be in the PATH.

  109.           9) ZIP File(s)
  110.  
  111.              Allows the ZIPPING of files for downloading, such as
  112.              user files etc., by the remote SysOp.  This feature
  113.              needs Phil Katz's PKZIP in the path.

  117.              Simply displays the HELP.TXT file to the user...

  119.          11) Quit to MAIN
  120.  
  121.              Returns you to the MAIN menu

  123.          12) Extended DOS Commands
  124.  
  125.              This feature was added to allow the UNZIPPING of files,
  126.              WARNING this feature has NO ERRORCHECKING, anything and
  127.              everything typed at this prompt is sent to DOS. Be very
  128.              careful using this one. It could cause trouble with
  129.              your BBS.  This feature is PASSWORD protected and only
  130.              a person with the password can access it.  If you do
  131.              not wish to use this feature DELETE the file
  132.              PASSWORD.DAT, which will make this feature unuseable.
  133.              This feature requires that PKUNZIP be in your path to
  134.              unzip files.
